🔹 Goal (Timeline): Practice leading others with care — in 2 weeks

  • Let the child be a “Mini Project Captain” — like organizing a group game, art activity, or science model in a group.
  • Assign team roles and support others.

🔹 Measurable Output:

  • 👩‍✈️ Artifact: “Leadership Log” – task assigned, team members, feedback
  • 🏆 Positive Psychology: Accomplishment, Relationships, Engagement

🟢 Step 4: Make Fair & Kind Decisions (Weeks 5–6)

🔹 Goal (Timeline): Practice ethical decision-making — in 2 weeks
🔹 Action:

  • Play “What Would a Leader Do?” – present daily dilemmas (e.g., two friends fighting, someone copying homework).
  • Discuss and journal solutions using empathy and fairness.

🔹 Measurable Output:

  • ⚖️ Artifact: “Leader’s Decision Diary” – 5 entries of ethical choices
  • 💖 Positive Psychology: Meaning, Relationships

🟣 Step 5: Inspire Through Kind Acts (Week 7)

🔹 Goal (Timeline): Lead by example — in 1 week
🔹 Action:

  • Encourage child to perform 5 random acts of leadership — e.g., helping a shy friend speak, cleaning classroom corner, thanking the school guard.
  • Let them tell their class or family about it proudly!

🔹 Measurable Output:

  • 🌟 Artifact: “Leadership Badge” Certificate with stories of kind acts
